The first Guildford Electricity works which was later replaced with the generating station on Woodbrdge Road just beyond the Guildford new line (railway) to Effingham Junction and Surbiton.

Both replaced in 1927 by new Woodbridge Road Power Station

The Guild Hall, the famous clock is on the front of this building and hangs out over the pavement on High Street.

In researching history of building called Rodbourgh

It was first Build by Dennis Brothers Motor Cars as the first car factory 1899/1901 to 1916. 1919 Rodborough Boot & Shoe Co

no record of Surry Ad. In history up to rebuild 1998 rebuild by Weatherspoons at £3.3 million
