Henty and Constable Brewery, redeveloped (front building retained) and reused as offices (I've known the premises since 2003 - continuously occupied by Mercers to present date in 2015) and a new road/homes (Henty Gardens). Boreholes on the national (British Geological Survey) record give further insight - find Chichester on the map, click on Borehole scans and see SU80NE206 etc at http://mapapps.bgs.ac.uk/geologyofbritain/home.html .
