This bomb site used in 1947 (release) Ealing Comedy 'Hue and Cry'.
The final scene features the hero (Harry Fowler) beating up the villain (Jack Warner) in the building bottom right with shots of bridge into Cannon St station in background.
Meanwhile hordes of kids are rounding up the other villains who are loading lorries.
