The city wall. Part of the 70% of the wall that still remains, an amazing feat for a two thousand year old structure. Up until the redevelopment of part of Southernhay businesses actually incorporated the city wall within their structure and were built right up against the wall. Now the wall is treated with far more respect and is a stand alone historic structure.
