My deepest gratitude to you all for working on this project and making it available. I was deeply moved and excited to see these 37 images and wish that there were more. The quality is superb. I was born in 1953 and nearly every building associated with my childhood has long since been demolished and yet here they are resurrected almost as if from my dreams. There is my old School and Church(Our Lady and St Joseph's, Glenboig), the house where I was born, and the brick works where so many of the local men were employed. It was thrilling to zoom in and see people and everyday life such as their washing out to dry and the old communal wash houses. I have passed on this link to the local schools and am advising as many people as I know to visit your site.
