39, Thomas Lansdail Street. Once the home of Alfred and Bessie Bamford (originally from Bristol) and their four beautiful daughters Betty, Annie, Nellie and Dorothy. They moved here after being bombed out of their house in Cope Street, Coventry. Alfred died in 1965 and the house was sold in early 1972 after Bessie passed away.
