The Letting agents leaflet from the late 1940s described eight types of apartment, Type A to H depending on the accommodation and outlook, in some cases. A kitchenette & typical bathroom are illustrated with line drawings. There is no mention of the underground car park and the ramp, excellent for running and playing, for young children. There were allotments between the Court and the library and an easy walk down to the beach.
