Recently known as Hornsey Rise Memorial Home, was owned by Pilgrims' Friend Society Post code CV13 6PA Accommodating 36 residents in 34 single and 1 shared rooms. (In 2014 the CQC listing indicated "services are no longer being offered at this location by this provider" but listed other locations still active. This location closed 30th June 2013)
