Grosvenor Park is listed as a grade 2* park in the National Register of Historic Parks and Gardens. 20 acres. Given to the city by Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster who paid for the design of the park by Edward Kemp. It was laid out in 1865–66 and opened in November 1867 The park includes three medieval arches moved from elsewhere in the city. A miniature railway was installed in 1996 |
