This photo is taken from the back of the school and shows girls playing tennis on the grass courts. I played on these courts in the 70's and they are still there. The left hand of the building shows the dining room & West House, in the centre is Queens Court and Ferrens Hall and then along to East House. The photograph also shows what was to become the Junior School. Sadly this burnt down in the early 1980's. |
