Albert Rd. The photo from my website www.oldtyneside.co.uk is the shop you can zoom into on this aerial view. In those days it was run by Mr Amos a Butcher. It was on Albert Rd/Bedeburn Rd junction. Across the road on the corner of Humbert St was the Co-op store. |
