Tram, Rochdale Corporation Tramways, probably route 7 Norden trams operated 1904 to Jan 1931 I suggest this is one of nine English Electric 4 wheel double deck open balcony top covers, if so built in 1920. There were twelve fully enclosed trams built 1925 & 26 but I can't see any end balcony window frames. Any comment ? Source "Rochdale's Tramways" Manchester transport museum book.
