No its not, its the Ramsden St Congregational Chapel, The Library was not built until the late 1930's, on this site. |

I didn't know that. I never knew there was a church there. A few of us were looking at this and thought it was the library at first. Although I did wonder about the next big building further down. |

what do you mean naming that spot 'Laurence Batley?' He wasn't even invented then! I might as well put a tag onto the I.C.I. buildings at Turnbridge and say it's Holset Engineering. |
