| Railway station on the former Midland line between Burton on Trent and Leicester, part of a complex of lines in this area serving local collieries and other works. Station opened 1849, closed 1946. Line remains in situ but is limited to freight trains, particularly those carrying aggregate traffic from Bardon Hill quarry. |
