I belive this image to show the junction of Brightside lane and Upwell Street, The buildings in the background still being in use by Forgemasters the railway yard being the site of the current royal mail sorting office

This is the eastern end of Brightside Sidings, Sheffield. The road on the right with the tram on it is Brightside Lane. The road that comes of it by the curved wall is Upwell Street. There are two trams on this street.

Are those Midland Railway type brake vans?

Quite a few of what looks like bare wagon or carriage underframes in the sidings.Are they in the process of being scrapped?
