Buckingham mews, used as stables and for storing market barrows .Two story teraced , one used as a slaughter house.Later used for vehicle repairs and storeage.Mostly built from yellow stock bricks. |

It's rucklidge avenue, not road, i lived at 156a in the 50's, we lived over a builders yard,the builder killed himself! since i left the flats have been refubished with added flats, its right on the corner with furness road. |

My family lived at 103a high st,now jasmines shop, we lived on the top floor, and as children my brother and i would play on the roof at the back of the flats above the shop ( shop was john collier the tailor) no safety rail on the roof! we were told not to go to the edge, and we did'nt! |
