The houses in Wolsesley Street and another row of Victorian houses about to be demolished in 1982. The residents were probably glad to leave, the houses on the other side of the road had been demolished sometime before and the land was used as a fly-tippers paradise and often a camp for tinkers who left large piles of junk behind when they moved on. A class 310 EMU heads towards Coventry from Birmingham New Street. |
