Both sets of low platform starter/junction signals have been replaced with normal height bracket signals.

It is likely that 'Banner Repeaters' were installed at the north end of the station so that the drivers would know the state of the signals before they could see them - but no photo shows them, alas!

Signalbox controlling crossovers from fast up-and-down lines to slow up-and-down lines and visa versa

I understand that this is where the slow lines became the Northampton loop lines and the fast lines the direct route to Rugby going north.
