It will close in June 1947, the London Transport Central Line station is under construction.
Note the footbridge not needed in earlier pictures, but now the down platform has lost it's direct access, with the Central Line track in it's place. |

| GWR Auto train (Push-Pull on other railways), being propelled coach leading, has just left Perivale Halt, and is passing the construction of it's replacement Central Line station.
This GWR service ceased in June 1947. |
