Former Midland Railway provender warehouse, where hay for the company's horses was stored and despatched into the towns and cities across its system. Subsequently used as a general railway goods warehouse. In 1946 the building was owned by the London Midland and Scottish Railway. |

Northway war camp ,when vacated my uncle and Aunt squatted in one of the nissan huts until the new estate was built in the fifties , uncle was an ex soldier wounded during the last conflict newly married with nowhere to live , hence the squatting . |
