Langland bay golf club started 1904. Farmhouse became clubhouse, not much evidence of course in picture, but it was in front of the farmhouse.

I have a photo of my parents standing on the slipway, early 1950s.

It is the first photograph i took, a black box camera, with the viewfinder on the top, which had to be shaded with your hand to see the image through the camera.

Not Langland court? This is Langland bay hotel, host to famous "Amandas" nightclub in 1970`s. Langland court at top of hill behind.

We were newly married, early 1970s, would go to the Langland Bay Hotel, every week.

These are the old canvas beach huts which no longer exist, the wooden beach huts that are there now were not in existence at the time of this photo and are on the other side of the footpath next too the tennis courts.
