Tottenham Polytechnic, which was undergoing a building expansion at the time of this photo, to become Tottenham Technical College (TTC). The former Grove House School was located here until 1897, and the building was demolished in 1936 (two years before this photo was taken) to make way for TTC's new building.

No, the building that you've tagged was actually the "Jewish Home and Hospital for 'Incurables'" (opened in 1901, closed in 1995 and converted into a residential complex).

The location of Grove House was actually just next door, but was demolished in 1936 (before this aerial photo was taken in 1938) to make way for the building that you can see nearing completion for Tottenham Technical College. TTC became the College of North East London in 1990 (and since 2009 is The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London).
