 I have since found out that the 1920's power station was not completely demolished - i have seen plans to prove that it was 'absorbed' into the 1940's new station and I wanted to update the info that I had provided |

| The railway line also went into the Electricity sub station .. in the early days, the railways were the only people capable of moving heavy objects like transformers use in the generation of electricity |
