Houses in Granville Street. I was born in the 4th house from the right. The attached photo is from the Bedford & Luton Record Archives. The houses were built in 1901 and judging by the growth of creeper on the first house I guess the photo was taken in about 1910. The metal railings on the dwarf walls were taken down during WW2.
