Title is wrong this is a view of Bute West dock.

That looks like Bute West Dock , top left of dock is the lead off to the canal feeder .

This image is described as "Bute East Dock, Cardiff showing the Spillers Factory". It actually shows the Bute West Dock. The road paralleling the dock to the left and centre of the picture is Bute Street. The twin tower fronted church on Bute Street to the left of centre picture is that of St. Mary the Virgin and St. Stephen the Martyr. Further behind that near the top of the picture can be seen Cardiff's main railway station, then known as Cardiff (General).
