| Text reads 'Samuel Butler & Co'. Samuel Butler founded the Albion Ironworks in circa 1904. The firm recruited an individual from crane makers Stothert & Pitt of Bath and began to manufacture cranes. Crane production ceased after 1925, following problems with an export order to India.
