Thanks for this one - my mother said you could get in to Moorpark cinema for two empty jam jars in the late 30s/ early 40s, because the jars had a redeemable cash deposit on them.

Thanks for this. The photo is centred more of less on the construction of Jessiman Square (where my Aunt Margaret lived). The runway is the east end of the main runway at Renfrew Airport

Could this be the machinery from the Clyde Navigation Trust draw slipway, which was across the Pudeuch from the ferry and could drag ships out of the river, on a cradle, for repair?

Thanks for this image. However, it appears to be Renfrew Police Station, sometime before 1921 when the Victory Baths were built.
