Siding into the hospital grounds - used mainly to supply coal to the hospital boilers. Horse-worked at first, then locos were allowed on it. Officially open until 1967. The run of the siding is still detectable 'on the ground'.

Napsbury Station - opened 1905 as a single island platform between the Up and Down Slow lines. Closed in 1959 when the local steam-powered passenger trains were replaced by Diesel Multiple Units as part of the BR 'Modernisation Plan'. After 1979, when the signal box was closed as part of the electrification scheme, the Up slow line was straightened up through the location of the box and platforms, and it is very difficult to see any trace of the station now.

Former link to the London and NW Railway branch line from Watford Junction to St Albans (Abbey) station. Used only during construction of the Midland Railway's 'London Extension', closed soon after the MR line was open and never carried passenger trains.
