Liverpool to London Main railway line Quadruple track as far as Ditton Junction. Slow lines used mainly for traffic from Garston Docks: Timber, pit props and bananas

Linner Road 'half-houses' (only ground floor) with flat roof. Construction stopped in 1939 when the war started. Converted into complete houses in 1950's.
