' There was a 'students' cafe in a basement below this building. It was popular with the more bohemian/art-college students. One student, David Hockney, painted a mural on the cafe wall. Under the dual carriageway at the edge of the City Park there is probably a rubble-filled cellar with a Hockney on the wall! '
