I can't claim to make out the Traveller's Rest PH at the top of Caerphilly Mountain which is in the vicinity of this flag. The irony is that I used to visit the Travellers Rest at weekends around 1980/1 when I was quite keen on Amateur Radio.My brother and I would take a 2metre mobile rig with us which would enable us to speak to people quite a long way away in England and occasionally further. Harmless fun and good beer. I really should have identified this one sooner. '
