Closed as a fire station in 1986, this beautiful building has been derelict for many years as the owner and the Council argue over development - attempts to Compulsorily Purchase the building were foiled.
Lovely external statuary. Built 1901-6, by Woodhouse, Willoughby and Langham. Red brick with liberal dressings of yellow terracotta
