' Radnor Villa, last inhabited in 1970ish. Later demolished in early to mid 1970s, leaving neighbouring Daisy Cottages to stand alone, before they were eventually demolished as well. These houses also referred to as "The Old Barracks" in some archive material. I believe it belonged to the Ballard Estate. '
