Bus shelter. The bus/coach at the bus stop has a large white circle on its rear. This was known as a 'rear target' applied during the Second World War. It was designed to help visibility during the dark when vehicle lights were masked as part of the blackout precautions. Apparently London Transport for some reason kept them on after the war!
