c.1873 by Sir Matthew Digby Wyatt. The cast iron frame by Clarke and Hope of Birmingham 1868. Limestone ashlar, cast-iron and glass; lead and glass roofs. Pair of rectangular greenhouses flanking triumphal arch. Italianate style. '
