' Mount Felix, at Walton-on-Thames. It was used as a hospital for New Zealand soldiers during the 1914-18 war. This is why we now have New Zealand Avenue cutting through Ashley Park, leading to the Kiwi pub. Mount Felix burnt down in the 1960s. '
