Norwood Green School. Infants only during the 50's. British Waterways, Bulls Bridge, had the children of the "bargee's schooled here whist their parents' boats were being serviced, they were bussed in daily and were segregated from the local children. New junior school was constructed west of the school. Headmaster, a Mr Wilks, had the pleasure of caning me on two occasions. Happy days. '
