Fairham Brook entering the Trent. The brook was diverted to enable the building of Clifton Bridge in the mid 1950s and now enters the river further upstream above the bridge, opposite the Sat Bains restaurant on the opposite (north) bank. Sat Bains itself occupies the site of the former Trentside Farm buildings. '
