' I don't think this is Nottlers House; as Matthew Beckett states, the house in the photo is Arts & Crafts, but Nottlers looks 1920's and is not of such original design. Other differences are: Nottlers is facing brick, this is rendered and painted; Nottler's does not have a second floor extending into the gables, this house does; Nottlers does not have recess between the gables to form a glazed balcony at 1st floor which this one has; Nottlers is not on an elevated terrace with steps down into the garden, but this house however is raised significantly above the garden; Nottlers has hipped dormers, this one has gabled; the form of the building is generally different; the outbuildings are different and are on a different orientation '
