Ambulance manufacture, maintenance and repair facility: Metropolitan Asylums Board (MAB) Mead Works (Meads Road Ambulance Station per 1915 OS map). The MAB established a factory for making ambulance bodies for motor vehicle chassis together with workshops for maintaining the Board's large fleet of ambulances. Dates not known.
