Winston Churchills war cabinet rooms. The ground floor of this building war reinforced using concrete and tram rails when they constructed Churchills wartime cabinet rooms it was designed to take a direct hit from the heaviest bomb the Germans had and the building above collapsing onto it.
It's now popular museum. well worth a visit! '
