' The Swan at Iver Public House is a Grade II Listed Building. C16; restored. Timber-framed; old tile roof. Two storeys. First floor oversails on moulded fascia board; ground floor colour-washed brick. L-plan, long arm to Swan Road, gable end on High Street. High Street elevation: First floor with 2 flush sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor with 2 splayed 3-light bay windows and door in recess. Swan Road elevation: Curved struts to first floor timber-framing. Two 2-light casements and one sash, all with glazing bars. Ground floor with a splayed bay window on the right and a C19 brick extension with carriageway plus three sash windows of which two are boarded up. Physically attached are Nos 1 and 2 Swan Road, a pair of C19 cottages. Brick; old tile roof. Two storeys. Ground floor with 2 doors and 2 sash windows. First floor with two 2-light sash windows. '
