Frairy Meux Ltd, Friary Brewery, Commercial Road, Guildford. Taken over by Allied Breweries in 1963 and the brewery closed 1969 and demolished 1973. The site of the Friary Brewery is now the Friary shopping centre, bus station, and associated buildings between Onslow Street and Commercial Road. '
