' In the early 1940's this was the Neath Lacquer Company. Was known locally as the "Japan". My Mother now 88 worked there producing lacquered tin tea caddies, cigarette tins and she iformed me tins for Vaseline. My mothers job was soldering the seams on the various tins produced. '
