The Model Lodging House, known locally as "the model" (pronounced "moadal"). In the mid 1950's I used to go there as a laddie to buy a packet of cheap tea from the wee shop inside the entrance. I also remember there were wooden lockers for the various men who stayed there but had no fixed abode. '
