This is the Walton triangular railway junction. The line at the base of the triangle, passing the Liver Indl Estate, is the North Liverpool Extension line. The lines on the other sides of the triangle meet at Fazakerley West Junction and continue past Walton-on-the-Hill, and then onward through tunnels to Huskisson Goods Depot. '
