I can't beleive this but that tiny figure is almost certainly "Charlie the gardener" caught in action with his treasured motor mower.Charlie was the estate resident gardener,a tiny little chap with a huge young gangaling assistant,both of whom toilled endlessly to keep the grass and gardens of the estate under control.
