' The Constitutional Club. This was the third and largest home of the club, opening in 1894. It houses many rooms, but best known as accommodating the 'Palace Theatre of Varieties', 'New Empire Theatre', 'Empire Hall ballroom and concert hall'. In the 1960s, the 'Go-Go Bar' and most recently a Nightclub. All names for essentially the same space within the building. '
