Hello, I am looking for some information about the Old Fever hospital in Kilsyth. I was wondering if you would be able to help me?

Celtic Club - this is where the fair maidens of Kilsyth would congregate at weekends in the hope they could impress the handsome Croy males.

Town Gate - This is as far as the good people of Croy would venture to show pity on the starving peasants of Kilsyth by throwing them scraps of food and the odd caramel wafer. The gate remained closed to prevent the plague spreading from Kilsyth into neighbouring villages, with the exception of Twechar, which was beyond help.
