The domed roof is the Royal Bank of Scotland at 3 High Str.Dundee. This building is still in use as a bank to this day.

The Domed roof is actually the Royal Bank of Scotland Building. I'm not sure what it was when the picture was taken though. I think You can see the inside of the dome from the bank teller floor but I may be getting mixed up with the Bank of Scotland on the Murraygate.
